REFUND POLICY

At Muam Magazine, you can return an item within 7 days of delivery. To be accepted, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached. Some items cannot be returned, including sale items, underwear, and custom-made items.

To start a return, email us at info@muammagazine.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will reply with the next steps. Once we receive your item and check it, we will refund you within 5–7 business days. The money will go back to your original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos. We will either replace the item or give you a full refund, and we will pay the return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
